The building was designed in the former industrial area of Kiev. The industrial style of the facades, the relative simplicity of the composite solution of the volumetric components, made it possible to successfully enter the new office center into the already existing building of the street. The open internal spaces of the complex are combined with elevator shafts with stair and sanitary technical blocks.
