The microdistrict includes a complex residential development with a business center, a kindergarten and a school of I-III degrees. Given the proximity of the Kvituche Lake, the Kharkiv River, the rowing canal, the boulevard axis of the microdistrict of the district is planned with the possibility of arranging a water channel and organizing a marina for recreation and the development of water sports.
